The project will be implemented by the Department of Energy, Ministry of Energy and Natural<br \/>\nResources. The project is being financed by the Asian Development Bank and is expected to be<br \/>\ncommissioned by December 2024.<br \/>\nThe contract for Design, Supply and Installation of Sephu Solar \u201cPV\u201d Power Plant is awarded to M\/s<br \/>\nRigsar Construction Pvt. Ltd, Bhutan (JV with PES Engineers Pvt. Ltd, India). A simple contract signing<br \/>\nceremony between the Department of Energy, MoENR and M\/s Rigsar Construction Pvt.
