Please refrain from disposing any kind of waste including after offerings into the water bodies as it will lead to irreversible consequences to the<br \/>\nenvironment and human health.<br \/>\nThe disposal of waste directly into the environment other than at the designated places will be in contravention with the Waste Prevention and Management Regulation, 2012. The Department<br \/>\nwould like to request the general public to refrain from committing such acts and if found, serious actions will be taken as per the relevant environmental laws. We solicit cooperation from<br \/>\nthe general public to protect our environment and stay \u2018Zero-waste\u2019 at all times.
