{"id":16546,"date":"2026-07-28T10:57:26","date_gmt":"2026-07-28T04:27:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.moenr.gov.bt\/?p=16546"},"modified":"2026-07-28T10:59:38","modified_gmt":"2026-07-28T04:29:38","slug":"invitation-for-bids-ifb-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.moenr.gov.bt\/?p=16546","title":{"rendered":"INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Department of Energy, Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources (MoENR), Royal Government of Bhutan, invites sealed bids from eligible national and international firms for the Engineering Design, Supply, Transportation, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Grid-Tied Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) System including Remote Monitoring Device in the following three sites;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shari Higher Secondary School, Paro\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chukha Central School, Chukha\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Samtegang Central Schhol, Wangdue Phodrang\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The bidding process shall be carried out through an <\/span><b>offline procurement process<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in accordance with the approval conveyed by the Department vide Note Sheet No. <\/span><b>13E\/DoE\/SPV\/2026-27\/18 dated 9 July 2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and shall follow the <\/span><b>Design and Build Modality<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> under the provisions of the <\/span><b>Procurement Rules and Regulations (PRR), 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interested bidders may obtain the complete bidding documents, including the <\/span><b>Standard Bidding Document (SBD), and Employer&#8217;s Requirements in the MoENR\u2019s website<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eligible bidders are invited to submit sealed bids in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents. The detailed schedule for bid submission, bid opening, pre-bid meeting, and other key milestones shall be specified in the bidding documents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Bidding Documents must be delivered to Procurement Unit, MoENR, Thimphu on or before 2:00 PM, 24 August, 2026.
