Inviting Opposition\/Objection for Registration of Copyright & Related Rights Works<\/span><\/p>\n

This is to inform the general public and all interested parties that the Department of Intellectual Property (DoIP), MoEA has received an application for the voluntary deposit and registration of their copyright and related rights from the following author\/owner:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

          2. Name of Owner(s)<\/b>:<\/span> Mrs. Damchae Dem, Bhutan Association of Women Entrepreneur (BAOWE)<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. Title of the Work<\/b>: <\/span> Urban Village Towards Sustainable Happiness<\/span><\/li>\n
          4. Category of the Work<\/b>:<\/span> Literary works<\/span><\/li>\n
          5. Description of the Work<\/b>: <\/span> The concept of \u201cUrban Village Towards Sustainable Happiness\u201d is brought about by BAOWE to provide skill based education to a minimum of 216 students yearly. This will be carried out through a series of planned activities that will eventually earn them employment. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            The DoIP would like to invite through this notification, opposition\/objection to the application for registration of the above work. The opposition\/objection should be filed with the DoIP within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notification. <\/span><\/p>\n

            If there are no oppositions\/objections filed within the stipulated time length, the application will be accepted for registration and accordingly issue a certificate of registration thereafter.<\/span><\/p>\n
