There were participants from Bhutan, India, Maldives, Pakistan and Srilanka. From Bhutan, the officials from various power sector agencies such as DHPS, DRE, BEA, DGPC and BPC attended the training.<\/p>\n<p>During the trainings, the topics such as load flow studies, short circuit studies, transient and dynamic stability analysis were covered.
