The event was presided over by His Eminence Tulku Thinley, Yonten Lopen Rinpoche of the Zhung Dratshang along with 30 monks and he also donated a Sacred Vase (Sachhu Bumter) which was installed at the left Dam pit on 28.02.2019 coinciding with the auspicious day.
