{"id":7310,"date":"2019-07-22T09:46:14","date_gmt":"2019-07-22T03:16:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.moea.gov.bt\/?p=7310"},"modified":"2019-07-22T09:47:48","modified_gmt":"2019-07-22T03:17:48","slug":"workshop-on-finalization-of-the-application-documents-of-made-in-bhutan-under-brand-bhutan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.moenr.gov.bt\/?p=7310","title":{"rendered":"Workshop on Finalization of the Application Documents of Made in Bhutan under Brand Bhutan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To finalize the application documents (questionnaire, criteria and guideline) for\u00a0 <em>Made in Bhutan &#8211;\u00a0<\/em>Sector Brand \u00a0under Brand Bhutan, two simultaneous \u00a0workshops were conducted on July 18 and July 19, 2019 by the Department of Trade (DoT) in collaboration with International Trade Centre (ITC) and the Agency for the Promotion of Indigenous Crafts (APIC) under the <em>EU-Bhutan trade support project.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The workshop on July 18, 2019 was attended by the stakeholders from the DoT, APIC,\u00a0 Bhutan Standards Bureau (BSB), Department of Intellectual Property (DoIP), and the Royal Textile Academy (RTA) where the questionnaire, criteria and the guideline for <em>Made in Bhutan <\/em>were discussed and validated.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, the workshop on July 19, 2019 was attended by 16 participants from the handicrafts sectors along with the participants from the DoT and APIC where the participants discussed and validated the application documents of <em>Made in Bhutan<\/em>.
