The signing was held at Bjimthangkha Project Office, Wangdue Phodrang on September 12, 2019.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The key objective of signing the APA with the Projects is to establish clarity and consensus about the annual priorities for the Project in order to ensure that the Projects are commissioned within the stipulated deadline. It also represents an important mechanism for inclucating performance based culture in the project implementation.
