This is to notify the general public that the following companies have been struck off from the list of incorporated companies maintained by the Registrar of companies with effect from <\/span>20<\/i><\/b>th<\/i><\/b> April 2020<\/i><\/b> as empowered by Section <\/span>370 <\/i><\/b>of the Companies Act of Bhutan, 2016 and these companies shall remain dissolved hereafter;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

This action has been taken in pursuant to their failure to report their business status even after <\/span>two consecutive notices<\/i><\/b> which were given over a period of <\/span>four months<\/i><\/b>. However, the liability, if any, of every director or other officer who is exercising any power of management and of every member of the company shall continue and may be enforced as if the company had not been dissolved in keeping with the section <\/span>371<\/i><\/b> of the Companies Act, 2016.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
