1. The Department invites bids to Repaint of the office building, repair of plaster and surface water drain and white wash of stone masonry walls.<\/p>\n
2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the www.moea.gov.bt from 26 May, 2017. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same address.<\/p>\n
3. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2 percent of quoted amount in the name of the Deputy Chief Finance Officer, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Thimphu. Bid security will have to be in any one of the forms as specified in the bidding document and shall have to be valid for 30 days beyond the validity of the bid.<\/p>\n
4. Bids must be delivered to the Department of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Thimphu on or before 10.00am on 2 June 2017 and will be opened on the same day at 3.30pm, in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend.<\/p>\n
