More details on the EoI can be accessed from ADB\u2019s <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consultant Management System (CMS) portal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interested firms must register to the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CMS portal at <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/cms.adb.org\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">http:\/\/cms.adb.org<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
