This is to notify all industries that Pasakha Industrial Estate plot is being handed over to Phuentsholing Thromde on 25th August 2021.Hereafter, the rental payment for the plot shall be collected by Phuentsholing Thromde and we would like to remind those who haven’t paid rental to kindly settle the outstanding dues with Phuentsholing Thromde with effect from the issue of this notification.
Therefore, all Industries are requested to visit the Land and Survey Division under Phuentsholing Thromda for lease rent payment.
