This is to inform the general public on the recent changes in procedure of the Government of India regarding filing of trade complaints/disputes from Bhutanese businesses/enterprises against Indian businesses/enterprises. In line with revised GoI procedures, aggrieved parties are requested to register their complaints directly on the portal of the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) so that the concerned authorities in GoI can take up the matter directly with the Indian suppliers. The web link to file the online trade complaint is: https://www.dgft.gov.in/CP/?opt=quality-compaints. To file a complaint, registration has to be completed and the online complaint may include brief details of the trade dispute and other details.
