The Ministry has instituted a feedback system to improve the working environment and to inculcate a positive system of providing feedback and the system is available in both online and offline. The online feedback system can be accessed through the link at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeiq4dqlHmNbue1q7E_7hemAaC6soU9-RecpO1_PNcdsVHYnA/viewform and offline through suggestion box placed in the Secretariat building.
The system can be used to provide feedback by the officials of the ministry as well as the general public on public service delivery. Therefore, the ministry urges everyone to provide constructive feedback that will help in system improvement as well as benefit the ministry at large.
