REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) – CONSULTANCY SERVICES
The Department of Water, Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, invites interested and eligible national consultancy firms for the following assignments:
- Development of Dzongkhag Integrated Water Master Plan for Gasa, Punakha, and Tsirang Dzongkhags (Tender ID: 22102)
- Preparation of Punatsangchhu River Basin Management Plan (RBMP) and development of Punatsangchhu Water Security Index System (WSIS) (Tender ID: 22145).
The Terms of Reference can be downloaded from www.egp.gov.bt. The proposal must be submitted through the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) platform by 9:00 AM on or before September 29, 2025.
