The Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources hosted the Civil Service Award Ceremony 2025. Graced by the Hon’ble Minister, the ceremony was attended by medal recipients from six Departments under the Ministry. A total of 146 civil servants received medals under four different categories.
The awards were conferred in accordance with the Royal Command issued to the Royal Civil Service Commission and Chapter 9 of the Bhutan Civil Service Rules and Regulations 2023, in recognition of long and dedicated service to the Tsa-Wa-Sum.
This year, 13 officials received the Lifetime Service Medals, 58 received Gold, 47 Silver, and 28 Bronze Medals. Hon’ble Secretary was among the awardees who received gold medal for his 30 years of service.
The ceremony concluded with offering of Zhabten for His Majesty the King. The Ministry extends heartfelt Trashi Delek to all medal recipients for their devoted and exemplary service to the Tsa Wa Sum.
