This is in line with Notice Inviting Proposal announced in Kuensel dated 1^st November 2017 for consultancy work for “Promotion of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficient Technologies in Building Sector of Bhutan” (Ref. DRE/AED/ACO/01/2017/54). The Department in getting some feedbacks and clarifications from the prospective firms here by postpone the submission of proposal date to 12^th December 2017 at 12 noon and will be opened on same date at 1430 hours at DRE Conference hall. The Department has also uploaded the word version of the RFP at http://www.moea.gov.bt/?p=3067.
