The Department of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Thimphu would like to invite the Expression of Interest (EoI) from the National Consultancy Firm/Consultant to develop a video clips on the copyright system.
Interested Consultancy Firm/Consultant may submit the EoI along with the business license, tax clearance certificate in the sealed envelope to the Director General on or before on 21 th March 2018 at 4pm. The criteria for shorting of the consultancy firm/consultant are given in the TOR which can be downloaded from www.moea.gov.bt. The shorted Consultancy firm/Consultant shall be invited to submit the Standard Request for Proposal.
