The Department of Trade after conducting numerous consultation meetings and workshops with the handicrafts sectors, finalized the criteria, questionnaire and guideline for the application of Made in Bhutan (Handicrafts) under Brand Bhutan on July 26, 2019.
The application documents has been developed through the technical support of the International Trade Centre (ITC) under the EU-Bhutan Trade Support Project.
The approval to use the Made in Bhutan mark for Handicrafts will be given to interested users by November- December 2019.
