Following the launch and adoption of FDI Policy 2019, the Ministry is working on the revision of FDI Rules & Regulations 2012. A draft of FDI Rules & Regulations 2019 has been prepared taking into account, among others, the new provisions of the revised Policy and to streamline with laws/policies/regulations of other government agencies. To this end, the Ministry invites your valuable inputs/comments on the draft Rules latest by August 30, 2019 to incorporate the changes. The comments can be sent to FDI Division at investbhutan@moea.gov.bt.
