Notification on annual return filing for the incorporated companies including listed companies, financial institutions, state-owned enterprises and private companies for the financial year 2019

This is to notify all the incorporated companies including listed companies, financial institutions, state-owned enterprises and all private companies that annual return filing under section 268 of companies Act, 2016 for the financial year 2019 can be emailed in soft copy to official emails listed below and the deadline is further extended till September 30, 2020 in view of the prevailing National Lockdown.

Further, we hereby remind all companies to prepare your accounts in keeping with the prescribed Standards for your respective companies, under Bhutanese Accounting Standards (IFRS). For those in need of Audit services are advised to
contact Bhutanese Audit firms empanelled by RAA for statutory audit (list on RAA website OR www.cra.gov.bt) to facilitate easy access to audit services during this pandemic.
