The Ministry is pleased to inform that the JDS scholarship for Masters and PhD programs across a wide range of fields has been opened up. We strongly encourage all eligible civil servants to take advantage of this valuable opportunity and submit applications.
To provide further insight into the programs and application process, the JDS Office will be hosting a series of promotion seminars as follows:
Online Seminars: Four sessions beginning September 4, 2025
Face-to-Face Seminars:
- Thimphu: September 10, 2025
- Phuentsholing: September 29, 2025
Special Seminar for Female Applicants: September 26, 2025
