Obituary

The Ministry of Economic Affairs would like to convey our deepest condolences to the late Mr. Satchi’s family on his untimely demise. Mr. Satchi was kind, patient and loving human being who was committed to his duty to the Tsa-Wa-Sum and was a transformational leader. Mr. Satchi – a caring and beloved family man, a cherished colleague and friend – will be missed by all. May his soul rest in peace.
