Awareness program on support services and programs of Office of the Consumer Protection (OCP)

The Startup Center under the Department of Cottage and Small Industry, Ministry of Economic Affairs in collaboration with Office of the Consumer Protection would like to announce free session on support services and programs of the OCP at Startup Center, Changzamtog, Thimphu on 26th October 2018 @ 2.30 pm.

Learning Outcomes:

  Participants will be able to:

–  Understand the consumer rights and duties as per the Consumer Protection Act 2012;
–   Understand the types of consumer protection from the unfair trade practices,
–   Understand the redressal mechanism for consumer grievances and
–   Understand the roles and responsibilities of the business entity.

Interested individuals can register through an email at ddorji@moea.gov.bt or call us at 330748.
